We ship all over India from our Ahmedabad studio. Free shipping on orders above ₹ 10,000.
Shreshtha is a made-to-order brand which means that your order will be processed once it is confirmed. The garments will reach you within 20-25 business days. If the size and color that you have selected are in stock, then your order will reach you sooner.
The delivery time is subject to location and our logistics partners. In the unfortunate event that your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, firstly, we'd like to apologize. We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about if & when they arise. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us, please email us at shreshthaofficial.com@gmail.com with your order details & we will get back to you within 24 hours.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are committed towards customer satisfaction and highly recommend you to read our policy carefully.
All the products on www.shreshthaofficial.com are made to order and can not be exchanged. We do not offer any returns, refunds, or cancellations once the order is placed. Goods once sold through the website can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions.
All our pieces are thoroughly checked several times before being dispatched, however, if the product received by you is faulty or damaged please let us know via email within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please mention the SUBJECT as REPLACEMENT and mention your Order Number. Any pictures attached would speed up the process.

We shall remedy the fault to our fullest capacity. In case we are unable to fix the damage, we shall replace the damaged piece.
Replacement/Alterations :
* You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to shreshthaofficial.com@gmail.com with your order no. and attach an image of the piece purchased and the reason for exchange. You will hear from us within 24 hours after we receive the mail.
* Once you hear back from us, and we agree on the replacement, please ship out the piece to the following address :

* Products eligible for replacement should reach back to us within 7 days of delivery.
* Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for exchanges. We would require all original papers/bills to be returned with the product. www.shreshthaofficial.com reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any replacement. As a company policy, we do not provide a refund on any product sold.
* Product replacement will take the same delivery time of the original product or the exchanged product.
* www.shreshthaofficial.com is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product.
* Please note that www.shreshthaofficial.com will not refund any additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may incur.
*The cost of shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, we will take care of the shipping. Liability of this courier is on you. Any loss or damage of couriers sent by you for exchange will not be our responsibility.
The products bought on discount are not eligible for refund or replacement.
